Unlocked Athletics processes the following special and / or sensitive personal data of you:

– health (during the coaching clients share sensitive personal information)

Category personal data: All customer data

Retention period: As long as the customer follows a coaching program from us and/or has an active account on our website.

Reason: To be able to provide the customer with the best possible advice in his / her health. If the customers decide to quit the program he / she can command us to delete all the data we have on them. But if they want to possibly start another program from us in the future we advice not to request total removal of their data. 

 

Sharing personal data with third parties

Unlocked Athletics does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide this if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
